Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks
  • Candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) are entitled for relaxation of 5% marks (minimum 55% required)
  • Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into percentage
  • The fraction of percentage will be ignored (59.99% treated as less than 60%)

Essential Qualifications (Scale-wise details as per Annexure-I):

  • Specific qualifications and experience requirements vary by scale (MMGS-II, MMGS-III, SMGS-IV)
  • Candidates must refer to Annexure-I of the official notification for detailed scale-wise eligibility
  • Relevant banking experience in credit operations required

Desirable:

  • Experience in credit assessment and credit operations in banking sector
  • Knowledge of banking operations and regulations

Experience:

Salary/Stipend

  • MMGS-II Scale: Rs. 64,820 – 2,340 (1) – 67,160 – 2,680 (10) – 93,960 per month
  • MMGS-III Scale: Rs. 85,920 – 2,680 (5) – 99,320 – 2,980 (2) – 105,280 per month
  • SMGS-IV Scale: Rs. 102,300 – 2,980 (4) – 114,220 – 3,360 (2) – 120,940 per month

  • Selection will be through online test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates
  • Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria: Applications will be shortlisted based on documents uploaded at registration
  • Online Examination Structure:
    • English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks (Qualifying nature only)
    • Reasoning: 25 questions, 25 marks
    • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
    • Professional Knowledge: 75 questions, 75 marks
    • Total: 150 questions, 150 marks
    • Composite time: 120 minutes
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks (Online Test): 35% for General/EWS; 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD
  • Penalty for Wrong Answers: 1/4th marks deduction for each wrong answer
  • Personal Interview:
    • Candidates will be called at 1:3 ratio to number of vacancies
    • Maximum marks: 100
    • Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for General/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD
  • Final Selection (if both Online Test and Interview conducted):
    • Weightage ratio: Online Examination 70%, Interview 30%
    • Merit list based on combined marks in descending order
  • If Online Examination not conducted: Final selection through personal interview only with 100 marks
  • In case of equal marks, preference given based on online exam marks, then Date of Birth (senior in age)
