Eligibility Criteria

Indian nationals only
10th pass (Matriculation) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board
Possession of domicile certificate for the State applied
Age between 18-25 years as on 14-12-2025

Salary/Stipend

Pay Scale: Level-1 Rs. 18,000 – 56,900
Special Security Allowance: 20% of basic pay
Cash compensation for duty performed on holidays (max. 30 days)
Other Central Government allowances as applicable

Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 25 years
OBC: 3 years relaxation
SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
Departmental candidates (Central Govt. Civilian Employees): up to 40 years if 3 years regular continuous service

Tier-II is qualifying only; final merit based on Tier-I marks
Shortlisting for Tier-II: 10x the number of vacancies, subject to minimum cut-offs
